Dog must be well-behaved and quiet (no excessive barking -- sensitive neighbors and upstairs guests!). It is understood by guest that if dog damages any property the host must be properly notified and reimbursed for damage done. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste into outdoor trash receptacle. $250 fee for any undisclosed animal. - Property is on SEPTIC -- please do not flush anything but toilet paper down toilet (even if it says "flushable") and do not put large food items down garbage disposal (including coffee grounds and oil), only small crumbs. - Trash pick-up is Friday mornings (recycling is every other week) -- please work with upstairs guests and place trash and recycling bins beside curb Thursday night and return bins to driveway Friday afternoon.
