The Larchmont is in a lovely alternative neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and lots of trees and the beautiful Clark Park. The area is just a half block from the trolleys that take you to the far side of UPENN/Drexel (10 minutes) or downtown (20 minutes) and is only a 7 minute bike/15 minute walk to the heart of UPENN campus. It is also very close to USCIENCES (10 minute walk). In the past year the Knickerbocker team has been honored with both the University City Historical Society’s top award for renovation and preservation as well as the Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s Gold Award for outstanding maintenance.
