As you walk-in this unit, you are embraced by the art-deco arches, beautiful hardwood floors, and sunlight shining in. The living room is spacious enough to have a comfortable atmosphere between bed area and living room. Then you are lead into the dinning area where you can fit a 4-6 seating table. The kitchen has good counter and cabinet space that includes cherry oak cabinets. Spacious powder room off the bathroom with a linen closet. Bathroom has classic silver wall tiles with black trim that has been well maintained. There is a total of three generous sized tiles. This is an elevator building with laundry facility on-site. There is a live-in superintendent who is a very handy and kind. Management is great and attentive. Also, you have an option for an indoor or outdoor parking spot ( pending availability) for fee. Indoor is $295 and outdoor is $275.Spuyten Duyvil is technically a stones throw away from Manhattan, but it's a world, and a not insignificant commute away from the bustle of Midtown with Metro North train station near by. This areas offer an urban feel with tree-lined streets, tranquility and quietness. There are multiple options for supermarkets, restaurants, everyday needed shops and parks.
