It also comes with hardwood floors, a wall A/C and a modern kitchen w/black granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. It has an easy commute to Hoboken and/or NYC via the free building shuttle service to the Hoboken Path. NJ Transit buses to NYC & Hoboken are nearby as well. The rent includes heat, hot water, gas, 24/7 concierge, gym, and community room. There's a large washer/dryer room on the ground floor as well. Additionally this building is close to Washington Park, shopping & dining. A parking spot is available for an additional $150 a month. Renter's insurance required.
