My wife and I have been very happy here at 50 Front. The Building is terrific and in a good location. Additionally, the staff and residents are super! Our main concern is the length of the lease renewal options and the rental rate increases. We fear 50 Front is going to price themselves out of renting to long time community residents given the lack of competition locally with this type of facility.

The best decision I made in moving to the area! I’m so happy at this residence and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The responsiveness and friendliness of the maintenance team is superb, the leasing office is extremely courteous, responsive, and accommodating. 50 Front has lived up to their online reputation so far. Maintenence (Harry) offered to walk through my apartment to explain features of my appliances. He also offered to help me in the garage area. Brandi has been outstanding from the start! When I met the cleaning lady, she was pleasant and keeps the building in tip top shape. 50 Front offers a premium living experience in a very secure building. The coffee bar is a nice touch, and the apartments are modern with ceiling to floor windows. Im so happy we found 50 Front!
