My wife and I have been very happy here at 50 Front. The Building is terrific and in a good location. Additionally, the staff and residents are super! Our main concern is the length of the lease renewal options and the rental rate increases. We fear 50 Front is going to price themselves out of renting to long time community residents given the lack of competition locally with this type of facility.

The best decision I made in moving to the area! I’m so happy at this residence and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The responsiveness and friendliness of the maintenance team is superb, the leasing office is extremely courteous, responsive, and accommodating. The residence itself is clean, modern, and feels exactly like what a luxury apartment should feel like. So glad I made the decision to move to 50 Front!

50 Front has lived up to their online reputation so far. Maintenence (Harry) offered to walk through my apartment to explain features of my appliances. He also offered to help me in the garage area. Brandi has been outstanding from the start! When I met the cleaning lady, she was pleasant and keeps the building in tip top shape. 50 Front offers a premium living experience in a very secure building. The coffee bar is a nice touch, and the apartments are modern with ceiling to floor windows. Im so happy we found 50 Front!

To date I have had a great experience at 50 Front. I love my apartment - very spacious and modern. The amenities are top notch. The gym is convenient, the self-service coffee bar is a great feature and the fire pit and lounge areas are a great place to meet other residents and hang with friends.

The apartments at 50 Front truly are "luxury"--spacious rooms, upscale fixtures and appliances, plenty of natural light, and fabulous community amenities (love the clubhouse and outdoor kitchen/grills). Top-notch staff and neighbors, too!
