All the appliances are stainless steel with washer and dryer right in the kitchen. This condo has two spacious bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other one that can fit comfortably a queen size bed , cute dining room/ study and a very spacious family room with a lot of natural light. Enjoy a front and back deck with great two story views. Parking is very easy to find right on this dead end street, but if you don't have a car then the Savin hill T stop is just a 10-15 minute walk. This area is also walkable to great restaurants that are just a block away.

Settled in 1630, Dorchester and its collection of villages formed one of the Massachusetts Bay Colony's largest towns. Up until about 1874, Jones Hill was mostly unsettled and owned by the Sawyer family. As the hill was subdivided and sold, the village began to grow. Things really picked up around 1889, when the trolley arrived. With easier access to the city center, Jones Hill became a diverse community with everything from large estate homes to apartment communities. Most of the historic architecture in Jones Hill dates from this period, such as 97 Sawyer Avenue, built around 1890 and once home to William Trotter, a civil rights activist.
