Mail room, On-site maintenance person's office with security camera screens and pass key required for all entry doors, elevators and parking garage. Second Floor: Cage storage unit. Pass key entry required to storage area. Third Floor: Residents private entry to upper level of Gateway Mall. Key pass required for entry back into building. Bicycles can be locked up in an area that has been created by the stairs from this level. The stairs take you to the fifth floor terrace. Gateway Security offices located in hallway on this level. Metro-Sanctuary Day Spa is located near our entrance from the mall. Fifth Floor: Exercise room: Open 24/7 to Parc residents. Club Room: Equipped with sink, small refrigerator w/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs: Open to residents at no charge, but must pay to reserve for private functions (partially non-refundable, but very reasonable). Also includes lounge area with fireplace, very large HD TV with DirecTV Choice package & Netflix. Residents can use anytime, for free, if not reserved for private function. Beautifully landscaped terrace that surrounds the entire complex, equipped with BBQ grills, tables and chairs for dining, lounge furniture. Private exit and entry to Gateway mall. Views from terrace include Olympic Legacy Fountain, Gateway Clock Tower, mountains and Salt Lake City. Park like area across from the front entry (where really cute dogs play all the time) Parking garage: Our parking spaces are on P2 near the building doors. A recycling program is located just outside the west exit of the elevator lobby on P1 parking garage. Trash chutes on each floor. Security: Pass key required to enter building and parking garage. Pass key required to use elevators, except to get to lobby. Security cameras located throughout the complex. Well behaved pets allowed (up to 2), up to 30 pounds. Dogs must be kept on leash at all time, when outside the owner's unit.
