The house has an east and west wing with 4 bedrooms, a living rooms and kitchen in each wing, several outdoor seated areas in large well kept garden, off street parking for up to 8 cars. There are 4 full baths and 1 half bath toilets. The house has a kitchen in the west wing of the house and a kitchen in the east wing of the house. House comes furnished (queen beds, bedside tables, small desks, sofas, dining tables + chairs, closets, kitchen ware and cutlery, televisions) . For added privacy house can be sectioned off between 2 groups with doors that can be bolted shut. We have a large mature garden with 4 outdoor spaces to relax, a covered patio in front of the west wing , a rear patio behind west wing, a small seated garden area in the front of the east wing and an elevated area in the garden away from the house. We have two bbqs and a tons of outdoor furniture . The house is 1.5 miles from SUNY Westchester Community College, 2.5 miles from New York Medical College, Westchester Medical Center , Touro Dental School, CUNY Westchester, PACE and a short drive to Purchase College and Iona College. Approx 2 miles from Hartsdale and Whiteplains Metro North train stations.
