Recently remodeled apartment above the garage of a family home available for rent beginning January 14, 2017 (or possibly sooner). 6 month lease with option to extend indefinitely. A 3/4 bath (shower, sink, toilet) is in the middle of the apartment of a hallway that connects two 10x17 rooms, one with the kitchen and living room, the other a bedroom. Kitchen has combination convection oven/microwave above two burner electric cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, stainless steel sink with pull out faucet makes doing dishes easier. New flooring. Carpeted stairs. Driveway parking space right outside front door, storage space in garage below apartment. Perfect for a person who wants to go home to a safe, quiet place with unobstructed views of woods and trees out back windows, yet still close to everything. Great for a short term lease for 6 months or, if you decide to stay, you'd have the option to sign into a one year lease in summer and renew indefinitely. Rent includes all utilities: heat, hot water, electric, water/sewer fees. Potential for sharing wireless internet, cable or phone services through Comcast (apartment is wired for this now). Weekly trash and recycling pick up at end of driveway every Tuesday. No smoking and no pets. Attached main house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths is also available to rent. Non smoking home.
