Large walk-in closet in the master bedroom; kitchen pantry and space for towels in the laundry unit; smoke detectors and energy efficient thermostat. Secure parking by the building with 24 hours surveillance camera. One vehicle designated parking space is located right by the building, with an additional vehicle parking along Twin Lakes Road.
