**Unfurnished room for rent in new, Berkeley Townhouse** Location: Berkeley neighborhood, directly across from the beautiful Regis University campus, one block north of 1-70 and 8 blocks from Tennyson Street dining and drinking. Just 3 minutes from the heart of highlands, and a 7 minutes Uber to LoDO, the location (and rooftop views) can't be beat. Room for Rent: The bedroom comes unfurnished, ready for you to make it your own space. Feel free to mount your TV, cable is provided, GOT queued up and ready to go...(or the Mindy project or whatever else you're into). The the space itself is a good size and will fit a Queen sized bed and mid-width/tall dresser comfortably. The closet is average size and does have an extra wardrobe bar for added hang space. The room has a ton of natural light with all the windows so blinds will be provided, as I too enjoy my lazy mornings at times. Details/Perks: *ALL Utilities, Internet, Cable are INCLUDED 1. Giant, private rooftop patio equipped with a giant, brand new grill (for anytime use), TV and fire-pit and lots of foliage. 2. New washer and dryer. 3. Living space: Shared, 60" TV, fireplace and the most comfortable couch you've ever sat on. 4. Kitchen: Shared, is brand new, furnished with dishes, etc. Open concept, has all new appliances. 5. Alarm system, better be safe than sorry. Bathroom (1.5): Large, shared Jack & Jill bathroom on 2nd floor with separate entrances. As I know this isn't the most ideal, rest easy. I am very clean, have a flexible work schedule, get ready in my bedroom much of the time and again, there are 2 separate entrances. Believe me, the spa-like shower will make up for any reservations you have, promise. Also, there is a half-bath on the main floor if needed. So many options. Parking/Storage: - Street parking only. No issues ever finding parking, ever. - I can provide storage in the secured garage if needed, plenty of it.
