I also probably never would've guessed that during the historic renovation of this building, they removed the old kitchen from where the current walk-in closet is and then put a brand new one where "the bedroom" was. Literally room for a bed, maybe a just a cot?? Idk, I guess people were just smaller at the turn of the century?? Little critters- dare I say? Anyway, no days-of-old-like-living here, except for the charm! Brand new appliances and systems in the unit. The basement is a bright, modern, and useful hub of tenant activity! Full bike storage, app/wifi-enabled laundry, AND an INCLUDED storage unit for each apartment. OH AND!! We worked out a deal w/ Spectrum, so you get 600mbps/70+channels for only an added $55/mo. Off-street parking option out back, or catch the Bus that stops right out front (Lines 11 & 95)! The convenience is write-a-book-about-it-worthy. Local places to eat line the street; check out Bud's Pizza and Beer, The Golden Hoosier, Piper's Coffee. Then there's also Planet Fitness, Walgreens, and a PetSmart all within blocks of your place! APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order.
