No Cats Preferred You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ. A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email. We recommend providing your own transportation We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we\'ve set to remain good neighbors IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge.
