The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need during your downtown stay in Austin, including a stove top with 2 burners, microwave, coffee station, TV, private bathroom, closet, and a patio with street access. Parking is on the street on a first-come, first-served basis. Onsite accessible parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an associated fee. Hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges may apply if personal items are left behind. We do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property, so do not have any mail or packages delivered during your stay.
