It is approximately 2312 sq ft and is located in school district 49. The hot tub on the property is not functioning and it will be removed prior to a resident moving in. Pets are welcome with approval. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there is a $300 non refundable pet fee upon lease signing and $35 monthly charge per pet added to rent. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease minimum.
