All new plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems - the building is safe and secure. In unit laundry a plus. Comfortable, radiant floor heat in winter and air conditioning in the summer. Room includes bed with mattress and dresser. Bring your own linens. * Wonderful, shared garden patio with plenty of space to spread out, including gas fireplace, fountain, BBQ and picnic table. The avenues street fair is hosted right outside in the summer and is just divine! * Bus stop right out the door to whisk you to the University of Utah or wherever your day takes you. * Tenant is expected to have some chores in the apartment and all work together to keep it clean and nice. Guests are welcome to visit but NO overnight guests.
