Chill valley neighborhood full of wildlife. Great year round or as a seasonal base camp for hiking/paddle boarding. NOTE, this is a single family home with a guest cabin addition but functionally is similar to a duplex but with only 10ft of shared wall. The spaces and entrances are separate. No ventilation or air is shared. FLEXIBLE TERMS: Available for 1-11 month leases, depending on season, with a possibility of extending longer. Please ask for details about your preferred term. ~1150 sq.ft. furnished layout includes heated floors, AC (quiet window minisplit style), loft bedroom + office nook, 2nd bedroom, kitchen, claw foot tub, laundry, living / dining area w/ wood stove & deck. Please note, we are in the foothills and therefore have all sorts of wildlife around, most commonly mule deer and turkeys but larger animals are possible.
