THE NEIGHBORHOOD Temescal is Oakland’s most centrally located and burgeoning neighborhood known for it’s vibrant dining/street scene. We are professional property managers/designers and we truly care about our guests/tenants as well as maintaining and upgrading the building and garden. We are home a lot and we also come-go throughout the day. Our dogs are NEVER left alone in the yard (without an open door and watchful ear) and we don’t allow them to bark ad nauseum either. Dogs traveling along with our short-term guests are rare and are also not allowed to be left alone in the apartment/yard. • We are seeking quiet, friendly, mature, respectful, non-smoking, person to add to our community-minded compound. If you are a dog-loving, garden and design appreciating, conscientious individuals especially encouraged to apply. • Ideal tenants should NOT be noise sensitive as this is an OLD building with zero insulation between the floors. We will know when you are home and vice-versa. That said, we are incredibly conscientious about our sound-scape (wear zero or soft-soled shoes inside) and we have NEVER in 8 years gotten a complaint about noise from our Airbnb guests. • References of previous tenants available upon request (spoiler alert: they’re stellar!)
