The living room features a comfortable sofa with a sofa bed, while the sleek, full-sized kitchen is equipped with elegant black stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is a generous retreat with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. From the 26th-floor balcony, enjoy panoramic city views and captivating scenes of Lady Bird Lake (Lake Austin). The bathroom is designed for comfort and style, featuring a walk-in shower and dual vanities. Additionally, a full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located within the apartment. We accept pets for an extra fee and valet parking on site is provided with an extra cost. The Rainey Street Historic District is a street of historic homes, many of the bungalow style, in downtown Austin, Texas. Rainey Street is positioned near Lady Bird Lake and Interstate 35 in the southeast corner of downtown. Parties are not permitted at this home. There is a communal laundry room for all guests to use. During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the community’s amenities including the gym, pool, and lounge area. You may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
