Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building, and the HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. A $500 fine will be charged if pets enter the pool. Due to this property's downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit; a white noise machine has been provided in the unit for your comfort, and earplugs are available upon request.
