Guests can enjoy access to the resort’s premium amenities, including pools, a lazy river, a splash pad, a fitness center, and more, all designed to elevate your stay. Pool heating is available upon 24-hour advance request for an additional fee of $35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the property. Pets are welcome in pet-friendly units with an additional cleaning fee of $250 for one pet plus tax per stay or $150 per pet for two pets or more. Unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. The property is 100% smoke-free, and any signs of smoking will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are responsible for replenishing bathroom and kitchen amenities. A fee of half of the nightly rate will be due if the guest fails to vacate the property by 10 AM on the check-out day. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. The property is self-catering, and guests should bring or buy necessary items beyond the complimentary basic starter kit provided.
