The main level of the home accessible from the street and attached garage includes a large front porch and entrance way into a spacious living room, there are 2 guest bedrooms, the primary master bed with a walk in closet and master bath, 1 full guest bathroom, the laundry room, and an open concept galley kitchen, and a dining/family room with a gas fireplace that has a sliding door that opens to the backyard's upper level deck with exterior stairs down to the backyard and lower level patio. All bathrooms have been updated with new vanities, fixtures and shower doors. The master bath has a sunken bathtub. The kitchen has all newer stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, hands free faucet, and refreshed kitchen cupboards. Lower Level The lower level features, a bonus room, 2 guest bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and is accessible by interior stairs that opens to a bonus/recreation room to entertain or relax or exercise with sliding door to the back patio. There is a dog door installed next to the patio door with access to a private and landscaped backyard.
