This large apartment has hardwood floors, two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Brick patio by the apartment entrance, with separate, private stairs to the 3rd floor. Rent includes heat, hot water, gas for cooking, WiFi, and laundry access in owner’s home below. The house has a large, wrap-around porch. A community garden is next door with a large, sunny lawn tucked away from the street, and trees and flowers nearer the street. Beautiful neighborhood Clark Park is 3 blocks away, with a Farmers Market twice a week and frequent cultural events (crafts, flea markets, concerts, festivals, Shakespeare-in-the-Park, etc.). A convenience store is across the street, and several other small grocery stores are within a few blocks. We’re 5-10 minutes via #13 Trolley to the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), or a 15-20 minute walk. Downtown / Center City Philly is 15 minutes by trolley. On-street parking is available – no permit or fee. Couples preferred. No pets. No smoking.
