About This Home

$1,850 deposit, Available Aug 10

This cutie little condo has been freshly painted and has new carpet. Speaking of new, you'll be the first one to use the new refrigerator! There is underground parking for your car so you don't have to worry about the snow removal ( for your car or in front of your building! ). The condo is in a secured building and on the first floor. From the back balcony, you would never know it is a ground floor unit, the pictures speak for themselves. A beautiful stone fireplace adorns the corner of the living room, which is such a great size, big enough for a few different seating areas if you wish. Next to the fireplace is the sliding glass doors that lead to your private porch and breathtaking scenery of the lush lawns and stately trees. The kitchen is a perfect size with ample cabinets and drawers and the laundry room is one room away, complete with a washer and dryer! One of the bedrooms is right down the hall from the kitchen and pass one of the bathrooms. You have great closet space here and a window showing those stately trees. The main bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo and is HUGE! There are 2 super sized closets in here with an adjoining bath. The tub has a nice glass shower surround. At the end of the main bedroom is a window to gaze upon the manicured landscape. Right in front of the entrance to the main bedroom there are 2 more closets! The pretty property is located to all of the shopping one needs because everything is right down the street. It is close to University//Children's Hospital Complex, dining, Light Rail, post office, and I-225. Make your appointment to tour this move in ready, spacious condo.
