Laundry hookups are in a shared basement. Income must be 2.5x rent and credit score above 600. Tenants pay for electricity, hot water and gas heat. No smoking in the building Pets are welcome but will increase the rent by $50 per month and are subject to application and approval. Income must be 2.5x rent or greater All adults are subject to a $29 application fee per adult which will include a credit and background check. Reference checks will be performed.
