The rental features: - Furnished with desks, chairs, shelves, and twin size beds with drawers on the bottom - Internet included - Hardwood Floors - Fully equipped and furnished kitchen and bathroom - Large Bedrooms (14'5" x 11'2") with built-in closet - Central Air/Heat - Huge roof deck with spectacular views of the city and Charles River - Utility costs paid by renters (range is approximately $50 - $150 per month) - First, Last (as security deposit), and $125 move in fee (charged by building association) required to move in. Transportation/Amenities: 1 min walk to Kenmore T stop and bus station; 5 min walk to Mass Ave/ #1 bus. 2 min walk to 7-eleven; 5 min walk to Trader Joe's 5 min walk to Fenway Many restaurants and convenience stores within 1-3 min walking distance.
