The bedrooms are fairly equal in size and each have windows and closets. Past the hallway, the apartment opens up to the spacious living room. The kitchen is in the back of the apartment and has direct access to the shared backyard. There is also central A/C in the apartment and shared laundry in the basement. Just a few blocks away from University of the Sciences and beautiful Clark Park. Pet Policy: Cats OK with $300 non-refundable deposit Tenant is responsible for $40 per month for water and electric- electric stove, electric cooling and heating system.
