This living room area receives great natural light due to the porch/balcony overlooking Chester Avenue, which is accessible from the living room area. The building resides just 2 blocks away from Clark Park, and in close proximity to various forms of public transportation. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric. There is a $25 per month charge for water/sewer. Tenant must obtain renters insurance! Pet Policy: Cats OK with $300 non-refundable pet fee, Dogs not allowed.
