This is a great little 2 bedroom duplex located just off Holgate and 28th Ave. (Pardee and 28th ave). The yard is nicely landscaped and taken care of by the owners. The living room is a decent size and features a large picture window and side window allowing for tons of natural light. Plants will grow well in this home! Just off the living room is a good size kitchen with room for an island! It comes with fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The hallway to the left leads to a few linen closets and the bedroom and bathroom.
