Located in north town St. Augustine is a quiet, up and coming neighborhood that is close to the St. Augustine Airport, St. Augustine High School, and a short drive to Historic Downtown, attractions and beautiful Vilano Beach. Our little cottage is completely private and dedicated to our guests. It is situated behind the family home. The guest cottage has its very own parking, and plenty of it! It is outfitted with a private front porch patio area that is equipped with lots of comfy seating and a propane BBQ. Inside, you will find a cozy living room area with a large SmartTV that provides both YouTubeTV (better than cable) as well as streaming apps - you are welcome to sign yourself into Netflix, Hulu, etc. Beyond the living room is a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc). There is a small high top dining table in the kitchen for your convenience. The laundry closet is located in the kitchen as well, and we provide laundry soap for you. Located immediately to the right in the hall is the bathroom, with full shower/tub and two sinks to accommodate your group best. The Layout Unit B has a solid 2 bed 1 bath layout. Master Bedroom has a queen bed Guest Bedroom has a full bed Bathroom has a shower/tub combo The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed, large closet and a calming green color scheme. Lots of fluffy pillows! Across the hall is the second bedroom, which has a full size bed and also has a large closet for your things. In this closet you will also find a full size vacuum, the iron and the ironing board. Out back there is a fenced in yard where you can let your dog run and play. We are so excited to welcome you to the \"Secret Cottage\"! Please inquire so we may answer any questions you have and confirm your booking. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Contact us to schedule a showing.
