Horrible Management

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET HEADACHES WITH THE MANAGER. Horrible management the manager doesn't want to fix anything. There is always issue with the plumbing. We had no water for three days because she didn't want to pay for plumbing. She doesn't bring actual professionals to fix anything. She brings in neighbors to fix stuff and she automatically become a professional fixer of issues. I didn't know she had a degree in plumbing or fixing walls. This property should be shut down or fixed completely.

Bad management

The landlord does not take care of the building. It is all run down from the outside as well as many units inside. She doesn’t fix issues with in the apts. when there is emergencies like toilettes or tubs getting clogged. She is only interested in the rent, but doesn’t make improvements in the outside or inside the units. There is always an issue with toilets being clogged and escarmentar sitting there for days until she decides who to call that will fix things for cheap. I mean, tenants can’t wait a whole weekend with out going to the bathroom or taking a shower. She doesn’t care about the well being of her tenants. If the bathroom is backed up on a Friday night, she tells you to wait til Monday! Come on! It’s an emergency, she should call someone right away! That’s heartless and inhumane! This building is the worst in the block! Never gets taken care of outside! Total eye sore! Do not recommend anyone to move in here. Do at you own risk!
