For the comfort and privacy of each individual tenant, we’ve built-in the the following: Each bedroom has its own climate control for heat and AC, with a separate climate control system for the common living space. All systems are energy efficient to help keep your utilities low. Each bedroom has locking doors with unique keys, perfect for shared situations. Bathrooms The unit offers three full bathrooms with a tropical flare. The first is located in the hallway and the remaining two are esuites for the two master bedrooms. Outdoor Space Unit 4537 has access to all of the shared outdoor space, including the front yard and rear Dog Run. Both spaces are landscaped in a tropical style and offer a tranquil setting. The front yard features a large meditating Buddha fountain, complementing an environment perfect for those who enjoy a bit of yoga or meditation themselves. The rear Dog Run provides a nice stretch of soft shaded grass, situated under fruit trees. In addition to the shared outdoor space, this unit also has a small porch off the rear master bedroom. Parking / Features This unit comes with one secured parking space, located behind the building and accessed through a secured electric gate. Street parking is available and does not require a permit.
