Absolutely the worst building in University City!!
Do not rent in this building!! There are large cockroaches that come into every apartment. There are mice!! There are rats!! The trash and garbage are left ignored which produces the large rats. There is always a constant smell of garbage in the building. Never have packages delivered to this building. They will be stolen constantly! Owner is not responsive at all either by email or telephone call. Management office is unresponsive.
