The pool deck is currently under renovation and is anticipated to re-open in Spring 2024. This is a 6 or 9 month lease with the option to renew for 12 months after the initial lease term expires. Rent, security deposit, and other deposits are due on or before move-in. 1 small dog (20 lbs. MAX - No Puppies) may be approved with a $150 processing fee, refundable pet deposit $100-$250 (based on Fido score) and monthly pet fee of $25 - $60 (based on size) per pet.
