I have absolutely loved living here so far! Everyone here including the office staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some great amenities like the pool and gym that i’ve used and loved!

I moved from out of state and the virtual tour with Dinah was amazing, she walked through all the amenities and the actual unit I'd be moving into. She was also a great source of info when it came to calls and questions about leasing. Move-in day went smoothly and the minor maintenance issues were fixed within the day! So far very pleased with the complex!

The leasing and initial move in process at 45 Madison couldn’t have been easier! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and all around great at what they do!

45 Madison has always felt like home since I first visited the property even before living here. Sierra was so welcoming and made me feel like a valued resident before I even signed my lease! I have nothing but great things to say about life as a 45 Madison resident. Maintenance is always available and requests are completed well, and in a very timely manner! The building is beautiful, well-maintained and is always being enhanced to sustain the quality of life it feels its residents deserve. I have loved every minute I have lived here, and would recommend 45 Madison to anyone looking for a safe, clean, quiet, and gorgeous place to call home!

45 Madison has a clean property, helpful staff, and maintenance is on point.

Good location, good community, decent condition, great staff, decent rent for the area. Hopefully there will be nice events/partnerships with businesses in the area. I heard about a fun pool party right before I moved in and hope to see more of that stuff.

We love our apartment. It truly feels like home and all the good reviews out there are true. Super fast maintenance fixes and great apartment manager who really cares about her tenants!

Lived here before ,during and after covid and this place always remained running at high level even the pool was open when anywhere else was not opened and they maintain everything clean and sanitized.

The maintenance team is so helpful. They respond ASAP and communicate thoroughly. I am so grateful for them coming outside of regular business hours and taking care of us. All around great service!

I really enjoy living here. The staff is so friendly and knows you by name. They are eager to help you with any concern you may have, quickly and efficiently.

Amazing location literally walking distance to the country club plaza. Never have any problems in the area. A lot of different parking spots on streets right by the complex. Everybody is friendly from leasing office to cleaning crew to residents. Any problems maintenance is very quick Best apartment in KC

The location is great, very clean and tidy environment. Great amenities and the parking garage is definitely worth adding on.

The team here really makes this place great and comfortable to live. They are quick to respond, friendly and keep the place clean. Neighbors are nice and greet you in the hallways. Nice little community.

45 Madison is a wonderful, unique place. The Managers are both great on getting updates and info out on a timely basis. The grounds are kept clean and orderly, and the Maint and cleaning staff work very hard to make this luxury apartment complex a truly beautiful place to live. Bottom line, 45 Madison exhibits a lot of teamwork and everyone treats residents with dignity and respect. It has more diversity and tolerance by management and staff, residents, that makes it even more of a great atmosphere. Thanks.!

Its great, the room is great, I am really looking forward to using all it has to offer.

Overall have enjoyed living there. I feel safe and the amenities are nice. My biggest problem is being able to hear everyone in the hallways. I always know when my neighbors are coming home bc the doors slam and its loud. I work nights and sleep days so its a problem.

45 Madison is a quiet, clean community. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Pool, hot tub, and fitness center are on the smaller side but nice amenities. Patio is great for hang outs!

The staff at 45 Madison were very helpful and made my move-in process a breeze! The facility is beautiful and the security measures taken make me feel safe & secure living here.

Everything functions well within the units and the communication to residents is often. However, there have been a lot of concerning things I've dealt with over the past 12 months and I do not plan on renewing. Security is a huge concern here... I've had my car broken in to once in the surface parking lot with no help from the staff because there are no security cameras. The door to the south building has been broken for the past 4 months so anyone can walk in. The parking garage doors were left open for two weeks at a time while they were being fixed (two times total in 12 months) - This gave anyone access to the building that walked in off the street to the garage... I always make sure to deadbolt my door because of these things. Although they have a package concierge/automated boxes that you pay for, my packages are consistently left in the corridor open to the public by Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc. Again, with no security cameras. Don't expect to use the hot tub during your time here. The heater doesn't work on it even when fixed. The pool and gym were closed most of this year due to COVID (understanding) but when they're open the pool is quite small and the Peleton has never worked properly. If you work from home or don't go out in the evenings this isn't the property for you. Constant construction makes working from home impossible. If you plan on staying home weekend nights, it does get pretty noisy but that died down a little bit with COVID. As for the elevators - I live on the first floor and don't have any disabilities so this wasn't a huge issue for me but I will say the elevators don't work frequently... Keep that in mind if you're looking at units in the 3rd or 4th floors. Last thing that's been annoying... My car has so many door dings from parking in the garage and not to fault of my neighbors - The spots are tiny. I drive a small sedan so I can't imagine what residents with larger cars or luxury cars deal with. That being said, the public areas are always kept clean and maintenance is fairly quick when they actually respond to your requests. I would ask for some references if you do plan on signing a lease here - It's just not worth the high cost if you're not going to be happy. There's so many newer, cheaper options off the plaza.

All the staff are very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. All maintenance requests get done in a timely manner, and the place looks amazing!

Have lived here for a little over a year now and love it! Management and faculty are all super polite and make sure everything is running smooth at the complex.

45 Madison has been a great first apartment for me right out of college! It is located in the best area (Plaza) and it conveniently close to my job. The management and staff are very helpful with anything you many need and the apartments are spacious and updated!

45 Madison is by far the best community I've lived in so far in Kansas City. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful, and the location is amazing. Gym equipment is well kept. The rent is pretty good value for the location in town, apartment finishes, and square footage. 10/10 recommend!

45 Madison has all the amenities you are looking for-packaged into one great community: wonderful management team, superb location, great facilities (fitness, pool, covered parking, mail delivery and packaging center, clean facilities and well maintained and cared for common grounds, etc.). Taken as a whole, one is hard pressed to find a better setting and community to reside in). The kind and responsive management team was the clincher for me.
