Ceramic tile floors throughout, washer dryer hookup in the bedroom all for only $550/mo . This unit does not come with window units, stove or refrigerator. Please feel free to ride by and look through the windows. Once you have determined this unit to be a good fit for your needs then come by our office at 3679 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge La 70806 to start the application. There is a $50 app fee to pay for the criminal and background checks. We require an 18mo lease. Pets are not allowed. The minimum monthly income to qualify for this unit is $1500.
