About This Property

This Arts & Crafts home is situated on an oak lined divided stretch of Bienville Avenue near City Park. Nestled in a close knit neighborhood with plenty of foot traffic and within 4 blocks of restaurants, bars, coffee, grocery, drug stores, and other shopping including Mid-City Market. I-10 is a 3-minute drive. Enjoy daily baked pastries and premium coffee at The Station just 5 doors down. The house includes a raised porch overlooking the corner of Bienville Avenue and North Murat Street. Enter the front door into a formal living room and dining room. Turn left off the dining room into a hallway leading to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Past the dining room is the kitchen and separate casual living room and exercise space. From this living room are the stairs leading to a large bedroom with full bathroom and study. New kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, pot filler, and over & under cabinet lighting. Original wood floors, triple crown molding, updated electrical, light dimmers & soft touch switches, lushly landscaped corner lot, covered porch with swing, and central A/C & heat. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, closet, and large armoire. We used this bedroom as a master because we wanted to be closer to our small children, but the upstairs bedroom is more private and could also be the master. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, large closet, and armoire. Suitable for anyone, but we used this as a child's room as it's the smallest of the three. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, closet, and ample built-in drawers and cabinets. This bedroom has its own bathroom and is connected to the study. The downstairs bathroom is larger than the upstairs and has granite countertops and shower jacuzzi tub. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. The garage has a manually operated door and could be used to store a vehicle or boat, but it's not really practical for daily use. Street parking is easy. Nest Thermostat Linens Provided Washer & Dryer High Speed Wi-Fi Towels Provided Steps, yoga mat, and stability ball. Iron & Board Hair Dryer Kitchen - Gas Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Disposal, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Washer & Dryer Round Dining Table with 6 Chairs Samsung Smart TV connected to the internet - Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTube, etc. The TV is also connected to a High Definition Antenna. $150 Cleaning Fee $25 monthly pet fee $3,000 Deposit $3,000 per month. 30-day minimum Owners live nearby for any assistance
