This huge, newly renovated 5-bedroom/3.5-bath home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend or a peaceful and productive remote work week! Feel at home in this centrally located community. This 3,200 sq ft home is perfect for large groups and accommodates up to 18 guests. There are two fully stocked kitchens, each including a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, Keurig coffee machine, and all the cookware and tableware required to prepare a gourmet meal. A kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and cabinet storage space is located on the top floor. This home has three separate dining spaces. Living Room 1 features a fireplace and a high-definition smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other services. A washer and dryer are located in the basement available for guests to use at no additional cost. Guests have access to the patio and grassy backyard area, a balcony, and a newly furnished front porch. Pets are allowed in this rental unit for an additional fee, but please do not allow your pets to be on the beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in a clean and sanitary manner. Guests will be responsible for paying for any and all damages caused by their pet(s). The home is located in Mount Washington, renowned for offering breathtaking views of the river and city skyline. Mount Washington is only a short drive from Pittsburgh's downtown and conveniently close to a wide range of well-known restaurants, shops, and bars. There are numerous parks and playgrounds in the area. It is a short distance from Duquesne Incline (upper station), PGP Paints Arena, Downtown, PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. Free parking is available at most restaurants and attractions in Mount Washington. If you'd prefer to take an Uber, it's accessible in Mount Washington as well. Based on past experiences, groups who are all 21 years of age or younger are not hosted. Pittsburgh locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. Door codes are only released to the person who booked the reservation, and you must provide valid, government-issued photo ID. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. No parties or events are allowed. The property is not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.). This is a smoke-free and drug-free environment. If any smoking or drugs are detected either within the unit or in the common areas of the building, the reservation will be immediately terminated, and compensation will be sought for any damages. If the landlord or housekeeper smells smoke or weed indoors after your reservation, you will be charged a fee of $250. Guests are permitted to smoke outdoors on the property in the back; however, smoking weed on the property both indoors and outdoors is prohibited due to several complaints of the smell from the neighbors. No excessive noise or loud music is allowed, and quiet hours start at 10:00 pm. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or building management, your reservation will be terminated or you will be charged a fee, and compensation will be sought for any damages. Please ensure to check out on time in order to avoid a $50/hr late check-out fee with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Includes a dedicated workspace.
