The one-bedroom is approximately a 1000 sq. ft. unit with a separate private bedroom that sleeps 4 people between the standard king-size bed in the bedroom and another standard queen-size sofa bed that acts as the second bed in the living room. To accommodate the 5th, you may rent a rollaway bed that can be brought into the room upon request for an additional $60 for the rollaway bed and crib per night or a maximum of $200 plus tax each if renting for 5 nights or more. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs. We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Moving of furniture is strictly prohibited. It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
