There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events or gatherings are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $35 for up to two hours. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants, but not limited to ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, providing a comfortable space for remote work.
