The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" smart TV. The inviting full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths. One parking spot is included. Additional parking may be available in nearby garages or on the street, and details will be given during check-in instructions. Pets are allowed, depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night for stays of 1-7 nights, a flat rate of $200 per pet for stays of 8-29 nights, or a flat rate of $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. Located in a vibrant and dynamic area of downtown Phoenix, you'll experience a blend of modern skyscrapers, historic buildings, and a bustling street life. The area is home to several cultural attractions, including the Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, and the Arizona Science Center. You’ll have access to a wide range of dining options and a vibrant nightlife scene. Nearby you’ll find several shopping options, parks, and green spaces. Public transit options like the Valley Metro Light Rail make it easy to get around. The area is also bike-friendly and walkable, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. A fee may be charged for extra cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. [SI]
