This is a 6 room apartment, first floor of a two family house in East Rutherford. The apartment features: Large bedroom with dual closets and ceiling fan. Living room with ceiling fan Kitchen with granite counters and dishwasher Laundry room with washer and dryer and rear entry Bathroom with stand-up shower and glass doors Entry / bonus room - extra space, office, etc... There is a small yard with shared access to the upstairs tenant Basement, with shared access, for storage. Shared front porch On-street parking This is located in a very convenient area. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. There is bus stop at the corner with an express bus to the Port Authority. We're also a 10-15 minute walk to the Rutherford train station which stops at Secaucus junction, to transfer to trains to NYC Penn station, or continue on the train to end in Hoboken and transfer to path for lower Manhattan, or ferries for other spots. Utilities are all separate There is an additional fee of $50 for pets. Apartment is available January 1.
