Property is on 1 acre of land, fully fenced, and already comes with a large chicken coop! No smoking. Minimum 18-month lease required. Available for move-in February 15 or March 1. First month's rent + one month security deposit due at lease signing. Proof of funds and verifiable income required. Minimum annual income requirements apply.
