Perfect for families or friends, this home offers open-concept living and space for 10 guests. Lofted ceilings add brightness and space. The cozy living room features a large flat-screen Roku TV. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to feel at home, and the eat-in kitchen offers plenty of space for family and friends to gather. There are two bedrooms on the lower floor, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. A full bed is up the spiral staircase, which may be challenging for some. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request, and there is a non-refundable pet fee for bringing a pet. Located in the historic district, this home is one block from Broadway and two blocks from the Riverwalk, making it perfect for walking and biking around Columbus. Enjoy walking to coffee at Old Iron Bank, shows at the Springer or the Theater, and many restaurants and bars. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
