Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, with a master bathroom with a double sink vanity, and walk-in closet. Three additional regular bedrooms upstairs, as well as a bathroom and laundry room. Neighborhood has a pool and clubhouse, and parks throughout the community. No Smoking. Small pets accepted. $500 pet deposit + $50/month in pet rent There is a $20 quarterly charge for HVAC air filter delivery and a charge of $35 every two months for water softener salt delivery.
