This home sleeps 10 and features 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 5 baths, so you can feel at home. This home features a private heated pool and outdoor lounge, a game room with a pool table, ping-pong table, and arcade games, and exclusive access to the Solterra water park, lazy river, and clubhouse. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining areas provide ample space for meals, and three family rooms with flat-screen TVs are perfect for movie nights. One room includes a foosball table for friendly competition. Pets are welcome with a pet fee and $150 security deposit. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests; there is a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay, but it cannot be guaranteed that the tank will be full upon arrival. Located in Solterra Resort, this home is just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away, and Posner Park—with its IMAX theater, shops, and restaurants—is a 7-minute drive, making dining and entertainment effortlessly accessible. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation; up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
