For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms and the kitchen. Pool servicing occurs weekly. Check-out time is 10 AM. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community.
