CREDIT HISTORY Applicant’s creditworthiness will be evaluated based on credit reports from recognized national credit reporting agency. No history of evictions. Credit score of not less than 680. No open collection actions, or closed collections during the past 2 years without a reasonable explanation (medical debt is not included in final determination). We DO NOT ACCEPT CO-SIGNORS on behalf of the applicant. Under California law, applicant(s) with a government rent subsidy have an option, at applicant’s discretion, of providing verifiable alternative evidence of applicant(s) reasonable ability to pay the portion of the rent to be paid by the tenant, including but not limited to, government payments, pay records, bank statements. If eligible applicant elects to submit, the Landlord will consider that alternative evidence instead of the applicant’s credit history. RENTAL HISTORY Please indicate if the reference name(s) is the manager or owner, and provide current phone number(s) & email address. Please include address of last 24-36 months residency.
