Successful applicants will: Provide pay stubs showing monthly income equal to 3xs rent (or more) , Have no felonies or evictions, provide a state or federal photo ID. First month's rent and security due at lease signing. Background check and credit report ($40) will be paid by applicant. Rent includes water, sewer and trash. As a provision of the lease, smoking not permitted within the apartment. Strongly prefer no pets, but I will consider them with an additional monthly pet rental fee and annual pet fee.
