We provide professional cleaning service once or twice a week for all common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways). The house is clean, organized, and quiet. (NEAR TRAIN AND BUS) This is the perfect location for commuters, a 3-minute walk to the bus line and 15 minutes to the MTA train station. Our building is centrally located, close to restaurants, the city center, and major highways (with easy access to I-95 and Route 8). (SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ONLY). We prefer long-term tenants.
